Well, the Eagles won yesterday and the Phillies are in the playoff hunt....what more could a Philly fan ask for??? Let's see how the teams progress. I can only hope that the Eagles can keep it up and that the Phillies continue to give it a go.

Well, she got beat today. I'm done watching the Open. I don't care who wins anymore. I can't believe Mauresmo go beat by Sharapova!! UGH!!!! Makes me mad.....

Hmmmm.....what can I watch now???? Guess I'll have to watch the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday. Hopefully, they will not disappoint me.

Oh, how could I forget? Congrats to Charles Barkley for getting into the Hall of Fame this weekend. Wish I could go. Its a great honor for Sir Charles.

US Open and College Football

Amelie Mauresmo vs Serena Willims.....I was waiting for this match to come. I truly like both players, but this time I had to go with Amelie. Serena hasn't been playing much and Amelie is on her game these days. I mean, she is ranked number one and seems to be stepping up to the plate.

It was a great match. Amelie came out blazing and won the first set. Then in true Mauresmo form, she went in the tank during the second set and lost it, forcing a third set. Serena looked good in the second set and her serve was amazing. Then it seemed that Amelie woke up in the 3rd set and took it to Serena. Good match and I pick Amelie to win it all.

Florida State vs Miami......both teams are quick and it was great to see Florida State win a close one!
